im going to vent now…
okay let me start out by saying, i always 100% support our troops. we wouldn’t be where we are today without those brave men and women that protect us. but i find it ridiculous that people are blaming Obama for everything that is going wrong with Congress right now. We have a democracy which means that everybody has a say in how our government is run and the Congress makes those decisions for us. So it is their fault in a WHOLE that no agreements can be made on these budget cuts. so therefore it isn’t entirely Obama’s fault. also most of congress has agreed that if there is a shut down they won’t accept their pay. which i think is a very noble thing to do, but then again they also have lives and families they have to take care, so id understand if they still accepted their pay. im not saying its right that people wont be getting paid, but if our congress would just stop being so stubborn then they could come to agreements and none of this would be necessary. like some of the democrats are saying when bush was president and they were in control of the congress this never happened, but now that the tables have turned the republicans are putting their foot down and threatening the whole country because they can’t allow planned parenthood to accept more money than they want it to because it supports abortion, something that is totally legal. i am not for abortion myself, but that this time it is something that is legal and cannot be changed. planned parenthood does much more than support abortions, it also provides protection and care for those who need it. im also not claiming i know so much about this and politics, but these are my opinions and this is my blog, so im stating them, and if you have a problem with that, well ignore my blog and go away :]
also i didnt reread this, so if shit doesnt make sense then whatever. but i doubt people will read this anyway, so i dont care.
